Dear Reader,
I share here what I like and what works for me. If you've been following me, you know that I can change my mind from time to time, and feel free to comment that I'm completely wrong, you may be right. I'm not running a business. I'm not paid and have never received any compensation or facilitation for any review/brand/site here mentioned. In case one day we'll ever meet, I'll be the one offering you a cup of Italian coffee, too.

familiar, of course!

The upper white version is following the instruction by   Vickie Reynolds (http://www.georgiaseitz.com/mystery/reynolds2.html). The version below is a trial with rings 3-3-3-3. It's a great challenge, a matter of picots, as far as I can understand. The previous post showed my use of vsp, normal picots and long ones, I'm guessing right till now, let's see what is going to change in next rounds!

Ciao,
Ninetta

  4. I tried with the original 2-2-2-2 rings, and I got really fed up with closing the tiny rings. Your 3-3-3-3 version is looking good! If it carries all the way through, I might be tempted to revisit this doily. :-)

  5. I prefer the more dense version, which is the one I did - if I recall correctly. : ))

    1. I've not yet abandoned the first version. I love tiny thread, that one is with a size 70 kept away for ages. Your doily is stunning, what else I can say?
