Just remembering that I should have done the bookmark for September, too :(
There's no reason to worry, they will be finished in a dozen of years or two! I'm still young!
But there are even more irons on the fire! This coming weekend those ladies from Bosa, masters of their Sardinian filèt called “SU LÀURU 'OSINCU”, will be here again, as they did last year. One of them is Mimmina Pinna. I can't wait to learn something new from her!
I found a link with info, but it's in Italian:

And for Christmas? It's quite the right time to start thinking what to do as a xmas project. More tatting on the go!

It couldn't miss here a picture I've taken in Milano, a sculpture called "Needle, Thread and Knot", by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen.
Ciao,
Ninetta
I totally understand you, I am the same way and I too, want to start on Christmas things I have so many ideas and want to make others patterns as well. And I understand your concern with the ladies coming over, and WOW that is beautiful lace nice link. Just don't forget to enjoy the fun ahead and we love looking at half done projects :)
ReplyDelete... ok, I promise photos on Monday!
DeleteThe lace from Bosa looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI could not live with so many UFOs! They would threaten my already compromised mental stability! : ))
They are too many for me, too! I hope that I'll finish at least one soon, with your help, the Orr doily :-)
DeleteI have so many projects sitting "in progress" myself. I have been trying to get them done so I can start new one, but sometimes it just seems like that will never happen. :)
ReplyDeleteI understand, me instead I start a new one anyway, sometimes it helps to have a break going back to old projects
