Thank you for all your nice comments.
That isn't cro-tat, despite the name.
I prefer calling it a "treble ds", the 2 "legs" count as one, like in ds.
I put another video in my YouTube channel, to show my way to close a ring all tds and climb out of it to continue, maybe someone could find it useful.

Dear Reader,
I share here what I like and what works for me. If you've been following me, you know that I can change my mind from time to time, and feel free to comment that I'm completely wrong, you may be right. I'm not running a business. I'm not paid and have never received any compensation or facilitation for any review/brand/site here mentioned. In case one day we'll ever meet, I'll be the one offering you a cup of Italian coffee, too.

I will be watching your video, I am sure this will be a great idea to make new patterns more interesting.
ReplyDeleteSo very interesting!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you both! :-f
ReplyDeleteSo do you have any patterns that you will sell or share? I love this there seems to be lots of unique patterns that could be invented with this stitch 🍃🌹🍃
ReplyDeleteDear Carollyn, I don't sell patterns :) I've been test-tatting something and, really, my drawings have to be tested because of this 'new' dimension of the tds. I'll be happy to see your tatting, please, you can start substituting some normal picots and tell us what do you think. Thank you a lot. :X
